Spanish Gag Law?

Hey, everyone. What the f**k is up with this "gag law" that's going on in Spain? Holy shit, they go after everything! Of course, makes bullshit & mistakes that much easier. Was thinking of heading to Spain & still might at some point, but I don't think it's such a good idea right now. At least if I wound up having to bust some cop's head open over there, it might just get seen as doing a good thing- instead of a reflexive "bad guy" trait. Much as people think about things out in public, it seems they just instantly convict in the courtroom. Personally, I think it's that they fear the baliff & figure that they'll get attacked if they don't give the answer law enforcers would make if it was left up to them. That or they subconsciously see law enforcement as an influence of incarceration, so they try to get the "gold star from teacher" by giving the answer they feel that these people would like best.
