In America there may be good women, but they're in a very very small minority, like 5 percent at most.
And most often they get snatched up young very quickly. It's a real uphill battle to find a traditional woman in the U.S. these days.

Total deaths were somewhere between 70 to 85 million. His point is that post WW2 arrangement made by the American elites has been over for a while.
