My suggestion would be make sure you are ok with lesser substances (alcohol, marijuana, mescaline; although alcohol tends to be abused more easily). If you try mescaline for instance, outside potentially throwing up, is very light, and if you have no issues with that, I would try mushrooms or LSD. Obviously I would advise buying off the deep web from a reliable source, don't mix with other substances, and if you can have a setter. Otherwise try to enjoy and you should be fine. Also have a good setting and thoughts.

I think most depression is caused by low self esteem. Fix the low self esteem, gain confidence, depression is gone. Depression might be caused by childhood emotional abuse and negative self-talk and self-image.
